Clear expectations from the beginning
THRIVE! AI provides workflow configuration, documentation, and training. It is not custom software development. Your company supplies accurate source information and approves all final outputs. Third-party software and AI subscriptions are not included. Additional workflows, integrations, revisions, users, locations, or training are quoted separately.
Projects begin with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due before final training or delivery. Travel and hotel costs are approved and paid before an on-site visit.
